Melanie is dating a new guy who likes to sail. She decided to make him a quilt for Christmas based on Nautical flags. She designed this herself and those flags are his initials. Beautiful job!

No raw edges!

Here is a little something Melanie taught me to make. She does not like raw edges showing so we sewed side by side, doing each step at the same time. She made the gnome bag and I made the glasses bag. Neither of us are sure about what we are going to use them for. I did learn a lot following her.
